How to request deletion
To delete your JustBrainDumpIt information and all associated data, email: info@marqueconcoursgroup.com
Please send your request from the email address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to locate your account.
What gets deleted
- Your JustBrainDumpIt account information (if you have an account)
- Your saved brain dumps (transcripts and related content) associated with your account
- Any profile or account identifiers linked to you
Once your data is deleted, your profile and associated content may no longer exist and may not be recoverable.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. You must cancel your subscription through your device’s app store subscription settings to stop future billing.
How long it takes
We will process deletion requests within 30 days. In many cases, it happens sooner.
Legal & security exceptions
We may retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained data will be restricted and not used for normal app operations.
