“JustBrainDumpIt” is a product and service operated by Marque Concours Group LLC, doing business as Marque Digital Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JustBrainDumpIt mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your location) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2) The JustBrainDumpIt experience
JustBrainDumpIt helps you capture voice-to-text “brain dumps,” edit and save transcripts, and (if enabled) generate summaries or next steps. You understand that the Services are for personal organization and reflection only. You are responsible for how you use any output.
3) Not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice
JustBrainDumpIt is not a medical device or healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, or finances.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal activity, harm, harassment, hate, or threats.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, modify, or interfere with the Services except as permitted by law.
- Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or anything that could harm the Services or other users.
- Misuse the Services in a way that could degrade performance, stability, or security.
5) Accounts and security
Some features may require an account (for example, syncing across devices or accessing premium features). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
6) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations
JustBrainDumpIt may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If you purchase a subscription through the Services, payment will be processed by the platform provider associated with your account and will be subject to that provider’s billing terms. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew in your account subscription settings.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device or account subscription settings. Changes typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the applicable platform provider in accordance with its refund policies.
7) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store information, including analytics on this website (consent-first) and any AI processing for optional features. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.
8) User content and ownership
You may provide content through the Services (for example, voice recordings, transcripts, and text) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant JustBrainDumpIt a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content to operate and provide the Services (including transcription, generating requested outputs such as summaries/plans where enabled, and troubleshooting), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
9) Intellectual property
The Services, including the app design, logos, text, visual elements, software, and trademarks, are owned by Marque Concours Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content except as expressly permitted.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services (including accounts) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk or harm to others or to JustBrainDumpIt.

11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
12) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTBRAINDUMPIT (OPERATED BY MARQUE CONCOURS GROUP LLC) AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF JUSTBRAINDUMPIT FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustBrainDumpIt, Marque Concours Group LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by updating the effective date above. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
15) Governing law and venue (United States)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
